Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and TURA Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office in Bartle House, Oxford Court, Manchester M2 3WQ, United Kingdom (“Tura”, “we”). By creating an account or using Tura, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, and Refunds and cancellation is part of these terms.

What Tura is

Tura is an AI tutor. It reads the notes, books and past papers you add, and teaches, questions and tests you on them. It is available on the web, on phones and on desktop.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to use Tura. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at hello@turalearn.com if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.

Plans and payment

Tura is free on three books, with every feature. Tura Pro gives you room for every module and a monthly allowance of credits. The price is shown before you pay. Tura Pro is priced in rupees in India, in euros in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK, and in US dollars everywhere else. Credit top-ups are priced in rupees in India and in euros everywhere else.

• Tura Pro is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically each month, at the price you agreed to, until you cancel.
• Your credits are granted for each month you pay for, and credit top-ups add to the current month. Credits that are not used by the end of the month do not carry over and have no cash value.
• In India, payments are taken by Razorpay. Everywhere else, Tura Pro is sold to you by Dodo Payments as merchant of record: Dodo takes the payment, issues your invoice and handles the tax, and its terms apply to the purchase alongside these.
• If we change the price of Tura Pro, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time: in the app under Settings → Plan, or at turalearn.com/billing. The next renewal is stopped at once. You can also email hello@turalearn.com from the address you sign in with. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. Refunds are covered in Refunds and cancellation.

Your material

What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and send it to our AI providers only to run Tura for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. Only upload material you have the right to use, such as your own notes and course materials provided to you for study.

Using Tura fairly

You agree not to:

• break the law, or upload material that infringes someone else’s rights;
• use bots, scripts or many accounts to use Tura, or to get more free study than one person would;
• try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, or disrupt the service;
• resell Tura, or copy or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows;
• use Tura to cheat: follow your institution’s rules on using AI in coursework and exams.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Unless the problem is serious or the law stops us, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

AI answers

Tura teaches from your material and shows where an explanation came from, but AI can be wrong. Check important points against your course material. Tura is a study aid: it does not guarantee any grade, and it is not professional advice.

Our part

We provide Tura with reasonable care and skill and aim to keep it available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or by faults. We may change or improve features; if a change significantly reduces what a paid plan gives you, we will tell you and you can cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of the month.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account before then.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
